Privacy Policy

Account information: your email, display name, and (for Google sign-in) basic profile information, via Firebase Authentication.

Content you provide: images you upload, prompts you write, and the animations and sprite sheets you generate.

Usage & billing: your credit balance and transaction history, and your subscription status. Payment card details are collected and processed by Polar — we do not see or store your full card information.

Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

To provide and operate the Service (including running AI generation), manage your account and credits, process subscriptions, provide support, and maintain security.

Google Firebase — authentication and data/file storage.

WaveSpeed AI — AI video/animation generation. The image you prepare for animation is sent to WaveSpeed to generate the result.

Polar — payments and billing (Merchant of Record).

Railway — application hosting.

These providers process data on our behalf and may store data outside your country.

Background removal runs in your browser. The resulting cut-out and your original image are then sent to our servers to compose the green-screen input and to store your project.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Project files (uploads, frames, sprite sheets) are kept so you can access your generation history; deleting a generation removes its files. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

We use a session cookie (and a language-preference cookie) needed to keep you signed in and run the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact us. You can also delete your generations yourself in the app.

The Service is not directed to children under 14 (or the age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your data may be processed in countries other than yours by the providers listed above.

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
