Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for GenioPlus subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Polar, our Merchant of Record.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account (Plans · Credits → Manage). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a period.

3. Credits

Credits are consumed when you generate, and consumed credits are non-refundable. If a generation fails, the credits for that generation are automatically returned to your balance.

4. Refunds

Because the Service delivers digital content immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you believe you were charged in error or have not used your credits, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. Approved refunds are processed by Polar.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, note that by generating (using credits) you request immediate performance and acknowledge you may lose that withdrawal right for credits already used.
