Terms of Service

GenioPlus turns a character image into an animated sprite sheet using AI. Output quality depends on your input and the AI model and is not guaranteed.

You must be at least 14 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

Generating animations consumes credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance; the credit cost of each generation depends on the resolution you choose and is shown before you generate. Credits are tied to an active subscription and have no cash value. Unless stated otherwise, unused monthly credits do not roll over. We may change plans, prices, and credit costs going forward; changes do not affect your current paid period.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Polar (polar.sh). Polar handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes, and your purchase is also subject to Polar’s buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You retain ownership of the images you upload. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the images you upload and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to operate the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active paid plan where required, you may use the sprite sheets and assets you generate, including commercially on the Pro and Studio plans. AI-generated content raises evolving legal questions; we do not warrant that output is original, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright protection, and you are responsible for how you use it.

You agree not to: upload content you do not have rights to; generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or that depicts real people without their consent; resell or redistribute the Service itself; reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service; circumvent credit limits or security; or use the Service to build a competing product.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and AI generation may fail, vary, or not meet your expectations. When a generation fails, the credits charged for it are automatically returned to your balance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
